Jersey City, NJ – February 16, 2007 – America’s most popular culinary magazine, Food & Wine, declared Happy Herbert’s Handmade Penn Dutch Pretzels the “freshest we tasted,” demonstrating the pretzel’s appeal to the sophisticated adult palate.
